TOUR MOBILE

TOUR MOBILE

ARIETE

ARIETE

The ram was a weapon of harassment ranging from a simple log
sharp edge in the tree until a car with wheels, log-tip
stone and a roof that protected the men who were pushing. These
different "models" were used as the archers firing from the castle and while boiling oil was poured. Even when this
strategy to succeed, it was still clearly the advantage of defenders.

militares”.

CATAPULT

CATAPULT

to try to open a hole in the wall
and then walk through it in a less
protected. The catapult worked with
a balance that with a movement
leverage threw stones. Earlier
then in castles or poorly constructed
this strategy could work because
as there was no cement was an issue
strength: stone on stone. However, very quickly,
manufacturers realized
that if they put a sloped
behind the wall with soil or
stones would be enough to keep it
standing even if damaged.
